Requirement Review
Material grade, section thickness, and applicable codes are assessed, and the thermal cycle is planned before anything is charged.

Charging and Instrumentation
Components are loaded on the bogie hearth with calibrated thermocouples positioned to capture true soak temperatures.

Controlled Thermal Cycle
Heating, soaking, and cooling follow the approved chart, with rates monitored and recorded through the full cycle.

Time and temperature charts are documented for review by inspection bodies including Lloyds, EIL, DNV, and BVIS.
